The distinctive office building offers modern office and meeting spaces close to the city centre and directly on the Danube. The building features a variety of office units in different sizes, which can be rented according to individual needs. In addition to functional workspaces, a conference and seminar room for up to 50 people is available, equipped with modern presentation technology. A highlight of our rental offering is the spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the Danube, which can be rented exclusively and is ideal for events of all kinds.

The location offers excellent transport connections – both to public transport (U1 – Vorgartenstraße) and to private transport via Reichsbrücke and Handelskai. The building also provides ample parking spaces available for rent, as well as a well-developed electric charging infrastructure.
